Author
John Zaradin was born in the UK and began playing the guitar at the age of thirteen, eventually completing formal studies with Alexander Lagoya in Paris. Through his teenage years he was tutored by Albert Kay in the Schillinger System of Musical Composition and Arranging Techniques.

Final Words
For Someone who know little about Brazilian Muisc beside Jobim, this book is a great start. If you like Jobim, 30% of the book is devoted to him, offering 5 of his songs. I should point out that “So Danco Samba” although listed at the back cover is not found in the book. Get your copy of Guitar Music of Brazil by John Zaradin.
